1. Bridge communication between African educational institutions and potential partnership Chinese universities

2. Initiating and developing of concept and proposal of international degree programs between African educational institutions and potential partnership Chinese universities.

3. Organizing and facilitating African educational institutions visits to the Chinese universities for partnership, or vice versa.

4. Coordinate and facilitate the signing of joint program partnership agreement.

5. Support and facilitate students application/admission, visa application, traveling, fee payment, and adaption to the study and living environment.

6. Emergency intervention to assist the students to deal with challenges they may confront in China.
